Once you have made your first experiences with the felting technique and worked through a few tutorials, you will at some point want to start shaping your own creations in order to find out what your own expression is with the material.
It is an exciting moment of "risk taking" and stepping out of one's comfort zone.
In order to move from this "learning of the technical basics" to the next step of "doing your own creation", it is necessary to go into the phase of playful-intuitive discovery of the technique.
Allow yourself to playfully discover the material, let yourself be guided by your hands to find out what your inner being wants to create. Without a fixed idea.
That can sometimes be quite challenging. But it is super exciting and always magical and surprising.
